How a project actually runs.

01

Scope

Add a published package to your cart, or start a custom-scope enquiry if nothing fits yet. Either way, the scope is written down before anything starts.

Day 1
02

Kickoff

A short kickoff — by email or call — confirms the brief, gathers what we need from you, and locks the timeline stated on your package.

Week 1
Close-up of hands aligning a printed sheet's registration marks against a ruled guide, one mark glowing coral where it lines up.
03

Build & revise

Work moves through concepts, drafts or wireframes, and your included revision rounds, on the cadence your package states.

From week 1 to your package's stated turnaround
04

Handover

Source files, guidelines or documentation, and a clear note on what to do next — nothing left as 'we'll send it later.'

Final stage of your package's turnaround

What we need from you

  • At kickoff: any existing brand assets (logo files, past guidelines), access you want us to have (e.g. a hosting or social account, if relevant to the package), and one point of contact for feedback.
  • During revisions: feedback consolidated into a single document or message per round, rather than scattered one-line replies — this is what keeps a fixed revision count fair to both sides.
  • At handover: confirmation that you've received and opened the files, and, for print packages, coordination with your printer once you've chosen one.

Know what this costs before you write a single email.

Every package on this site is priced, scoped and ready to add to your cart. If your project doesn’t fit a package, tell us about it instead.
