Privacy Policy

kira-designs is the trading name of Kira Designs S.L., registered in Spain, with its registered address at Rambla de la Girada, 74, 08720 Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona, Spain (CIF B-08472913). For anything related to your personal data, contact us at support@kira-designs.com.

Enquiry and contact data — name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), and any project details you share through the contact form. We use this to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to scope and deliver a project.

Order and billing data — name, email, billing address, postcode, country, and, if supplied, a VAT/CIF number and project notes, collected at checkout. We use this to process your order, issue an invoice, and correctly apply IVA (including the reverse-charge rule for eligible EU businesses).

Cart data — the packages and quantities in your cart are stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers) so your cart persists between visits. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Technical and analytics data — if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the site (pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type) to help us understand and improve it. This does not run until you accept it in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Replying to an enquiry and fulfilling an order: performance of a contract, or steps prior to entering one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Analytics cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Basic anti-spam checks on our forms (a honeypot field and a minimum-time check): our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and usable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep enquiry and order data for as long as needed to handle your request or fulfil a contract, and afterwards only as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires us to keep invoicing records (generally up to six years). Analytics data is retained under Google's standard Google Analytics 4 retention settings and is deleted or anonymised on that schedule.

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by:

Google Ireland Limited, as the provider of Google Analytics 4, only once you've accepted analytics cookies. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards Google publishes for Google Analytics (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, as applicable).

Our hosting provider, strictly to store and serve the site's files.

No other third party receives your data unless the law requires it or you separately agree to it (for example, if a specific payment provider is connected to checkout in the future, its own privacy policy will apply to the payment step and will be linked from this page when that happens).

Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD (Spain's Organic Law 3/2018), you can ask us, at any time, by emailing support@kira-designs.com, to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data, where it's no longer needed for the purposes above; restrict or object to certain processing; port your data to another provider, where technically feasible; and withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal — use the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer.

We respond to these requests within one month, as required by law.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), at www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority of your own EU member state.
