Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of kira-designs.com and any purchase made on it. The site is operated by Kira Designs S.L., registered address Rambla de la Girada, 74, 08720 Vilafranca del Penedès, Barcelona, Spain (CIF B-08472913), contact support@kira-designs.com.

Every package published under /pricing/ and /packages/ is sold as a fixed-scope service: its price (stated in EUR, ex-IVA), its included deliverables, its explicit exclusions, its number of revision rounds, and its typical turnaround are all stated on that package's page, and form part of the contract between us. Where a project needs work beyond a package's stated scope, that extra work is agreed and priced separately before it starts.

Adding a package to your cart is not a binding order. A contract is formed once you complete checkout, your payment method is accepted, and you receive an order confirmation with a reference number. From that point, the timeline and revision count stated on the package page apply.

One-off packages can be paid in full at checkout, or with a 50% deposit with the balance due on delivery, as offered on each package page. The monthly package is billed monthly in advance, or quarterly in advance at the published discount. All prices are ex-IVA; IVA (21%) is added at checkout, unless a valid-format EU VAT/CIF number qualifies the order for the reverse-charge mechanism.

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on its page. Requests beyond that count, or requests that fall outside a package's stated inclusions, are treated as a scope change: we'll quote it before doing the work, not invoice it afterwards.

Ownership of the final delivered files transfers to you once the package is paid in full. Until then, deliverables remain the property of Kira Designs S.L.. We may reference completed work in our own portfolio unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

As a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because our packages typically begin as soon as an order is confirmed, starting work at your express request within that period waives your right to withdraw for the work already delivered by the time you withdraw. We're liable for delivering the scope stated on the package you purchased, to the standard described on that page. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by information, feedback or approvals we're waiting on from you.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own place of residence in Spain or the EU, or those of Vilafranca del Penedès/Barcelona. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or refer a dispute to the Catalan consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consum de Catalunya).

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
