Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before a scheduled discovery call. Cancellations inside that 24-hour window are rescheduled once, at no charge.

As an EU consumer, you have a standard 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your order confirmation. Because these packages typically begin as soon as an order is confirmed, if you ask us to start work within that 14-day period, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal for the portion of work already delivered by the time you withdraw. Any phase of the package that hasn't started yet is refunded pro rata to the stated package price. If you paid a 50% deposit, that deposit is non-refundable once the discovery/kickoff stage has started, since it covers the studio's committed time at that stage; the balance is only charged on delivery and is never taken if you withdraw before then.

You can cancel at any time before your next billing date; cancelling stops the next charge. The month you've already been billed for is not refunded, since that month's batch is either in progress or already delivered.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation or withdrawal being accepted.
