What "from €X" actually means
The price on every package page is the price for the scope stated on that page — revisions, turnaround and exclusions included, not hidden in a follow-up call. If your project needs more than a package covers, we say so and price the difference before work starts, never after.
Cancellations & refunds
Discovery calls are free to cancel or reschedule up to 24h before. One-off packages carry the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, waived once work begins at your request; unstarted phases are refunded pro rata. The monthly plan cancels any time before the next billing date. Full terms: /refund/.
Pricing FAQ
What if my project doesn’t fit a package?
Start a custom-scope enquiry — most projects that don’t fit start from the closest package and adjust from there, priced before work begins, never after.
How does the deposit option work?
Choose “50% deposit now, balance on delivery” at checkout on any one-off package. You pay half to start the work and the rest when it’s delivered.
Can I add packages from different disciplines to the same order?
Yes — add as many as you need to one cart. Each package keeps its own scope, revisions and timeline; they just get invoiced together.
Are these prices final, or do they change once you’ve seen my project?
The published price is the price for the scope on that package’s page. If your project needs something outside that scope, we tell you and price the difference up front.
