Both are possible — kickoff includes an audit of what you already have, so the system consolidates real patterns rather than inventing ones your team won’t adopt.

It covers buttons, forms, cards and navigation — the components almost every product needs. Additional components beyond that set are scoped and quoted once we know your screens.
What does the onboarding session actually cover?
A working session with your developers on how tokens map to code variables and how the documentation is organised — so the handoff doesn’t sit unread.
