What counts as “one product area”?
One coherent flow or feature set — a checkout, an onboarding flow, a dashboard section — agreed and locked at kickoff, so the sprint has a fixed target from day one.
Can I book two sprints back to back for two areas?
Yes — add the package twice (or ask about a custom-scope multi-sprint order) and we’ll sequence them.
Does the async QA pass mean you’re available during our whole build?
It means one structured round of design review once your team has implemented the screens — not an ongoing availability retainer.
